How Don’s Wash & Fold Laundry Service Works

Time Saver is designed to make routine laundry one less thing you have to manage. Bring us the bag, and Don’s takes care of the washing and drying through the final fold or hang.

1. Pack your Time Saver Laundry bag.

Include laundry that can go through the wash-and-dry process and can be tumble dried. If an item has wet bodily fluid or waste on it, seal it in a plastic bag and let us know when you drop it off.

2. Drop it off at Don’s.

Time Saver is available at all Don’s locations, so you can use the one that works best with your routine.

3. We wash and dry your laundry.

Standard Time Saver service covers routine washing and drying. Stain removal and ironing are separate services.

4. We fold or hang it for you.

Your laundry comes back organized and ready to head home.

5. Pick it up—or use your Don’s delivery route.

If you already use pickup and delivery, Time Saver Laundry can be included with your route service.

Everyday Laundry for Don’s Wash & Fold Service

Don’s Time Saver Laundry is designed for the everyday laundry you would normally wash and tumble dry at home. Bring us your routine washable laundry, and we’ll wash, dry, and return it folded or hung.

If something in your bag needs dry cleaning, pressing, separate stain treatment, or special handling, Don’s can direct that item to the appropriate cleaning service instead.

Everyday Wash-and-Dry Laundry

Time Saver is for everyday laundry that can safely go through a standard wash-and-dry cycle and be tumble dried.

The $37.50 Time Saver bag price includes washing, drying, and folding or hanging. Ironing and separate stain-removal treatment are not included in the standard wash-and-fold service.

Items That Need Dry Cleaning, Pressing, or Stain Treatment

If an item in your Time Saver bag needs dry cleaning and pressing or separate stain-removal treatment, Don’s can move it to the appropriate cleaning service.

That item is charged at the regular retail rate for the additional service rather than being included in the Time Saver bag price. You do not have to guess whether every item belongs in the same cleaning process—if something needs different care, our team can direct it to the appropriate service.

Special Handling for Laundry With Wet Bodily Fluids or Waste

If an item has wet bodily fluid or waste on it, seal it inside a plastic bag and tell a Don’s customer service employee when you drop off your laundry.

Our team will determine whether the item can go through the regular wash-and-dry process or needs special treatment at the cleaning plant.

Wash & Fold Laundry Pricing and Turnaround Times

Time Saver Laundry is $37.50 per bag. That price covers washing, drying, and folding or hanging the laundry in the Time Saver program. Stain removal and ironing are not included. If an item needs separate stain removal or needs to be dry cleaned and pressed, it is charged at Don’s regular retail rate for that item.

For drop-off customers, turnaround is typically one day. When volume is heavier and the team is backed up, it may take two days. If you use Don’s route service, your Time Saver Laundry is usually returned on your next delivery cycle, typically within two to three business days.

Can I use Time Saver Laundry every week?

Yes. Time Saver can be used whenever you want help with routine laundry, whether that is during an especially busy week or as part of your regular laundry routine.

If pickup and delivery works better for your schedule, Time Saver is also available on Don’s delivery routes.

How should I prepare my laundry before drop-off?

Make sure the items in your Time Saver bag can be tumble dried.

If anything has wet bodily fluid or waste on it, place that item in a plastic bag and tell a Don’s customer service employee when you drop it off. The team will determine whether regular washing and drying is appropriate or whether the item needs special treatment at the cleaning plant.

Will my laundry be folded or hung?

Yes. Time Saver includes washing, drying, and returning the laundry folded or hung.

Can Don’s pick up and deliver my Time Saver Laundry?

Yes. Time Saver Laundry is available on all Don’s delivery routes, and there is no additional delivery fee.

Route customers need a credit card attached to their account and a valid phone number. A cell phone that can send and receive text messages provides the easiest experience, but texting is not required. If you live in a house, you will also need a designated outdoor pickup and delivery spot that is covered from the weather and accessible to the driver.

Route orders are generally returned on the next delivery cycle, typically within two to three business days.
