Time Saver Laundry Rules

• $32.00 price includes detergent and softener; however, the customer may provide their own if they choose, with no discount.
• Loads will be sorted into lights and darks, with further separation at customer discretion with an additional charge of $5.50 per load (example: 1 load of white, 1 load of dark is included in initial $32.00 charge. Customer wants red garments washed separately. Total charge will be $37.50). Extra wash cycles (i.e. washing everything twice before drying) will also be charged an extra $5.50 per wash cycle.
• Use of chlorine bleach will be allowed, but at customer risk only. Don’s Dry Cleaning & Laundry will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur. The customer must sign a release stating so.
• Non-chlorine bleach may also be used if the customer provides it. No release will be necessary.
• There will be no extra pre-spotting or stain removal procedures performed. Items requiring stain removal will need to be checked in and charged deluxe cleaning price for that item to be cleaned at the central plant.
• All items must be labeled with machine washable and tumble dry care instructions. Items without care labels will be done at customer risk only.
• This program is mainly for everyday wear garments and household textiles. Down-filled comforters, draperies, and any fancy garments (i.e. formal gowns, dresses, beaded or sequined garments) will be excluded since they pose a significant risk with special cleaning procedures required.
• Don’s Dry Cleaning & Laundry will not be held responsible for fading, color changes, shrinkage, or any fabric distortion as all garments should be considered able to withstand their care instructions.
• Don’s Dry Cleaning & Laundry will not be held responsible for rips, tears, or abrasion as garments are subject to wear and tear during use and care. Any damage that occurs may be repaired at our discretion.
• Any missing items or claims must be made within 48 hours of pickup.
